Let the data speak. Through rigour, not assumption.
Data-driven decisions are non-negotiable
The wrong data is worse than no data. I obsess over rigorous analysis — whether it's target screening, synergy assessment, or market sizing. Every recommendation is backed by evidence, not assumption.
Speed matters in deal-making
Research that arrives after the decision is made is just a document. I focus on delivering actionable insights while the conversation is still open — because good analysis should inform the decision, not validate it after the fact.
Insights must move to action
Sometimes analysis confirms a strategic hypothesis at scale. Sometimes it catches a blind spot no one saw coming. Either way, findings should be clear enough that leadership knows exactly what to do with them.
